Turkey Apple Salad

* Kraft Mayo Light Mayonnaise (Mayo), 6 tbsp * Turkey, young tom, dark meat, meat only, cooked, roasted, 1.5 cup, chopped or diced * Apples, fresh, 2 small (2-1/2" dia) (approx 4 per lb) * Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced1) Use leftover turkey from thanksgiving and shred it. do not use skin but you can use dark and white meat.2) chop the apples and add to turkey3) add celery4) add mayonnaise (you can also use a mixture of mayo & plain yogurt if desired)5) add seasoning to taste (salt, pepper)
No cooking involved! Just mix all ingredients thoroughly.
Serve with crackers or bread or even w/ some lettuce for a salad.
