Lentil Rice Casserole

Ingredients
3 cups chicken broth3/4 cup uncooked lentils1/2 cup long grain brown rice1 small onion, chopped1/2 t basil1/4 t ground oregano1/4 t ground thyme1/4 t ground nutmeg1/4 t garlic powder3/4 cup mozarella, cheddar or colby cheese
Directions
Mix all ingredients except cheese in casserole dish. Bake at 300 degrees for 2-21/2 hours. Put cheese on 20 minutes before done.
