Simple Eggplant Lasagna

Ingredients
salt8oz ground beef the leaner the better1 large eggplant peeled and sliced1 jar of spaghetti sauce1/2 cup of shredded cheese
Directions
peel and slice eggplant, sprinkle with salt and cover with paper towel, let sit for 20-30 minutes. brown meat. In baking dish layer eggplant, ground beef, sauce....repeat until pan is full or you run out of ingredients, cover with cheese. Place in oven for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
