1 scoop strawberry protein1/2 cup oats1/2 cup whole wheat flour1/2 cup skim milk1 sugar free berry applesauce1/4 cup egg beaters
Directions
Combine all ingredients, mix well.
Place into waffle iron until done.

Top with sugar free or light syrup for a low calorie, low fat breakfast!
