Chili Con Carne w/ Ground Turkey

Ingredients
1 pound dry pinto beans soaked20 oz lean ground turkey -cooked1 lb round steak-browned1 red bell pepper, skin removed & chopped1 med onion chopped6 cloves of garlic minced4 cups of water1 tsp kosher salt1 tsp black pepper1/4 cup chili powder1/2 tbsp cumin2- 14.5 oz. cans of diced tomatoes no salt added1 6oz. can tomato paste
Directions
Pre-soak beans. Cut up steak & brown in pan. Remove excess liquid.. Cut up bell pepper, onion & garlic. Cook up in pan with ground turkey. Once browned, drain liquid. Add all ingredients to crock pot & cook on high for 6 hours.
makes approx 14.5 cups
