ground beef, lean 11/4 poundsegg, fresh 1bread crumbs 3/4 cupparmesan cheese 3/4 cuponion, chopped 1/2 cupgarlic powder 2 toregano, dried 1 Tparsley, dried 2tcrushed red pepper flakes 1/2t
