Whole Wheat Spaghetti Noodles

1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour1/2 cup Second Nature Eggs1/4 cup water (don't add all at once)1 tsp olive oil1/2 tsp sea salt
Begin heating 6-8 quarts of water to boiling. Meanwhile, with a food processor or strong mixer, mix all ingredients until it forms a smooth elastic dough. Process through a pasta maker (I use a Kitchenaid attachment). Drop into the boiling, salted water and boil until done, about 10 minutes. Drain and toss with a bit more olive oil.
