Ingredients
1 Large Whole Egg1 Large Egg White1 Tumaro's Low Carb Tortilla2 Tablespoons Hormel Real Bacon Bit's1 oz Soy Sation Shredded Cheddar Style Cheese Alternative2 Tablespoons Herdez Salsa VerdeSea Salt to tasteFresh Cracked Pepper to taste
Directions
Heat tortilla in microwave for 15 Seconds.

Use Pam cooking spray and cook 1 whole egg and 1 egg white to desired texture in pan on stove. Sea salt and pepper to taste.

Place eggs on top of tortilla and top w/ 1 oz of Soy Sensations cheese.

In same skillet heat two tablespoons of Hormel real bacon bits w/ 1 tablespoon of Herdez salsa verde.

Poor heated mixture on top of eggs and Soy Sensations.

Top w/ 1 tablespoon of Herdez Salsa Verde

Roll & Microwave 30 seconds
