Thanksgiving Sweet Potatos

Ingredients
5 fresh sweet potatoes1/4 cup skim milk4 tsp Brown Sugar1/2 tsp cinnamon2 Lg bananas
Directions
Peel sweet potatoes and boil them whole until soft.
Mash the sweet potatoes and add all the ingredients except the bananas.
Place into a oven safe dish, slice the bananas on a bias and "shingle" them on top of the sweet potatoes.
Sprinkle a little brown sugar on the bananas and place them under the broiler until caramelized.
Serve warm and enjoy!
