Thanksgiving Stuffing

1 loaf (24 slices) Grant's Farm stone ground bread1/2 lb great value turkey bacon (16 slices)6 stalks celery, sliced thin1 large onion, finely chopped1 cup low sodium FF chicken broth1/2 cup Brummel & Brown1 tbsp poultry seasoning1/2 tsp salt1/4 tsp pepper
Cube the bread in a large bowl. Fry bacon; crunch up and add to the bread cubes.
Saute celery and onions in Brummel & Brown until soft. Add to the bread and bacon bowl. Sprinkle in poultry seasoning, salt, and pepper; mix very well with clean hands.
Spread stuffing in a sprayed 9 x 13 x 2 pan and cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. For crunchier stuffing, remove foil and let brown for the last 20 minutes of cooking.
