High Protein Banana "Mousse"

Ingredients
1/2 medium very ripe banana1 scoop banana cream whey protein1/2 c. non-fat greek yogurt1/2 c. non-fat cottage cheese1 t. banana flavored extract1 1/2 t. instant tapioca4 T. light whipped topping
Directions
Blend all ingredients (I use the magic bullet!) except whipped topping. Set in fridge for 10 minutes to set/chill. Fold in whipped topping. Enjoy!
