Pumpkin Custard

Ingredients
2 c. Libby's 100% pure pumpkin1/2 c. egg replacer1/2 c. Splenda or 1/2 c. sugar3/4 c. Fat free evaporated milk1/2 t. salt1 t. cinnamon1 t. pumpkin pie spices
Directions
Put all ingredients in blender bowl. Blend for about 1-2 minutes. Pour into oven-proof dish. Bake at 350 degrees for about 40-50 minutes (or until knife inserted in middle comes out clean). Let cool. Serve with fat free Cool Whip.
