Pumpkin, canned, without salt, 4.6 cup (remove)*Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil, 32 tbsp (remove)*Flour, white, 6 cup (remove)Granulated Sugar, 6 cup (remove)Baking Soda, 7 tsp (remove)Orange Juice, 1 cup (remove)Salt, 1 tbsp (remove)Nutmeg, ground, 1 tsp (remove)*Pumpkin Pie spice, 2 tsp (remove)Cinnamon, ground, 3 tsp (remove)Egg, fresh, 8 large (remove)Walnuts, 1.25 cup, chopped (remove)Cranberries, dried, sweetened (craisins), 1 cup (remove)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine flour, baking soda, salt, and spices in a large bowl. In a seperate bowl blend pumpkin, sugar, juice, oil and eggs. Slowly add flour mixture to wet ingredients until well blended. Fold in nuts ant cranberries, divide equally amoung pans. Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour and 15 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean
