Classic Cranberry Sauce

Ingredients
12 oz (1 bag) fresh cranberries, washed and dried2 cups granulated sugar1/3 cup water1 orange, zested and juiced
Directions
In a medium pot, combine the cranberries, sugar and water. Stir to blend.
Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat. Reduce to a simmer and add the orange juice and zest.
Cook 10 minutes, mashing the berries with a fork or potato masher to break them down. Let cool.

Serving Size: Makes 3 cups, 24 2-tbsp servings
