Ingredients
16 oz. Catfish Nuggets1/2 C. Yellow Cornmeal1 t. Italian Seasoning1 t. Chili Powder1/4 t. black pepperCooking spray
Directions
Preheat oven to 375. Mix together corn meal, italian seasoning, chili powder and pepper in a small bowl. Coat nuggets with mixture and place in baking dish coated with cooking spray. Bake for 10-15 minutes.

    Trying today but not using the chili powder or the italian seasoning. picky husband - just adding the salt and pepper. Happy to see a recipe to bake vs fry, fried foods just don't settle well for us anymore. Thank you so much - 2/5/11
