Pumpkin Bread with Chocolate Chips

2 cups pumpkin4 egg whites2 cups sugar1/4 cup applesauce1/4 cup canola oil1/2 cup fat free sugar free vanilla pudding3 cups flour1 tsp. baking soda1.5 tsp. salt2 tsp. cinnamon (I used a little more).5 tsp. nutmeg1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Whisk together first 6 ingredients and set aside. Combine dry ingredients and then add to wet mixture. Stir in chocolate chips. Pour into two loaf pans and bake for one hour and 15 minutes at 350 degrees.
