100% Extra Virgin Olive Oil Cooking Spray1 Cup raw Onions chopped1 Cup Mushrooms Chopped2 1/2 Cups Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free1 Bag Pepperidge Farm Herb Seasoned Cubed Stuffing, 12 ozOptions: Leave out mushrooms and onionsadd Chopped Dried Apricots and Canberries
1. Saute Mushrooms and Onions in Olive Oil Cooking Spray for 2 to 3 minutes. Remove from heat.
2 Add broth and stuffing to saucepan and mix lightly.
3. Spoon prepared stuffing into sprayed 3 qt. casserole dish. Cover and bake at 350 for 30 minutes. For crunchier stuffing bake uncovered.
