Ingredients
250 grams of chicken breast140 grams of corn 400 grams kidney beans 1/2 cup (uncooked) Quinoa1Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive OilLemon Juice to taste
Directions
While quinoa is cooking, prepare corn and beans and dice/shred chicken. Mix together with olive oil and lemon juice and serve.
