Sweet Corn Casserole

Ingredients
Liquid:1 can - Sweet Yellow Corn1 can - Cream Style Corn1/4 c - Egg White Substitute1/2 c - Fat Free Sour Cream3 Tbsp - Country Crock LightDry:1/2 c - Whole Wheat Flour1/3 c - Cornmeal2 Tbsp - Splenda2 tsp - Baking PowderSalt and Pepper to taste
Directions
Mix the dry ingredients and liquid ingredients separately.

Combine dry and liquid mixtures in a large bowl.

Spray a 9 x 13 casserole dish with cooking spray. Pour mixture in dish.

Bake at 400 for 20 minutes
