Directions
Take the hot dog bun and spread peanut butter on one side and the jam on one side and put the bannana in and spread more jam and peanut butter, then top with apples.

    dont get me wrong, I love pb and jelly, however, exept for the peanut butter which is fattening, I personally dont think this is very healthy. just my opinion. - 1/2/08
