Red Velvet Cake Balls

Ingredients
- 1 Duncan Hines - Moist Deluxe Mix (Red Velvet)- 3 Large Eggs- 1/3 cup Smart Balance - Omega Oils- 1 1/4 cups Water- 8 oz Duncan Hines - Creamy Home-Style Cream Cheese Frosting- 1 1/2 packages Plymouth Pantry - Almond Bark (Vanilla)
Directions
- Mix cake mix, eggs, oil and water according to cake directions
- Bake cake according to directions
- Let cake cool and crumble in large mixing bowl
- Stir in approx 1/2 tub (8 oz) cream cheese frosting
- Roll into cake balls (makes approx 60 meatball sized)
- Chill cake balls
- Melt Vanilla almond bark according to directions
- Dip cake balls into almond bark
- Let set for approximately 1 hour
