Curry Base with tomatos and spinach

Ingredients
Butter, salted, 1 tbspOlive Oil, 2 tbspOnions, 1 medium dicedCumin seed/powder, 1 tsp Curry powder, 1 tsp Cayenne Powder, .5 tsp Brown Sugar, 3 tsp unpackedSoy Milk Plain Unsweetened, 1 cupWater, .5 cup Cherry tomatoes, 1 cupSpinach, fresh, 2 cupsExtras:1 whole sweet potato cubed and pre-boiledTofu or TempehRice or Soba NoodlesShrimp or Chicken
Directions
Warm butter, olive oil, and onion in saucepan until soft.
Add spices and mix completely, wait 2 minutes.
Add water, soymilk, cherry tomatoes.
Add spinach at the very end since it softens quickly.

Add pre-boiled potatoes, separately fried tofu or tempeh, pre-cooked noodles, or pre-cooked meat.
