Patak's Easy Madras made with Pork

Ingredients
2 tbsp Patak's easy Madras curry paste for two0.5 onion, sliced125 grams diced pork100 grams canned tomatoes50 mL water
Directions
Chop and fry onion until soft.
Stir in the paste and cook for 3 minutes.
Add the diced pork and fry until sealed.
Add the tomatoes. Cook for 5 mintues.
Pour in water and simmer for 40 minutes.
