1.5 lb. extra lean ground beef1 cup diced celery1 cup diced onion3 tbsp butter or margarine2 tbsp soy sauce1 can cream of chicken soup1 can cream of mushroom soup1 cup brown rice1 4oz. can sliced or diced mushrooms2 c. water2 cups chow mein noodles
Brown ground beef, onions, celery, and butter or margarine. Add rice, soy sauce, mushrooms, soups and water. Put in casserole dish or large cake pan and bake 1.5 hours at 350 degrees. Stir 2 or 3 times. Last 1/2 hour top with chow mein noodles.
