I used 2 cans of Del Monte Organic Diced Canned Tomatoes - 14.5 oz cans.Half of a large bunch of fresh cilantro - probably about 14-18 stems with leaves.I cut a lime in half, cut one half into quarters. I just use half of the lime, enjoy the other half in a glass of filtered or sparkling water!2 tbs Chili Powder1 Tbs Cumin1 Tbs Ground Coriander
Open cans of tomatoes and dump into food processor. Add handful of fresh cilantro and ground spices. Take 2 lime quarters and squeeze all juice into food processor. Pulse until well blended.
