Easy Pineapple Salsa

Ingredients
1/2 Cup chopped bell or sweet peppers1/4 Cup chopped green onion/scallion2 Cloves garlic, minced2/3 Cup crushed pineapple (more or less depending on preference)5 rings of pickled pepper (more or less depending on taste; use any kind of pepper)Salt and Pepper to taste
Directions
Place all chopped ingredients in a bowl and mix together, add salt and pepper to taste. If making in advance cover and refrigerate until ready to use.

Serving Size: Makes about 5 servings (2-3 Tablespoons each)
