Ingredients
1 can fat free refried beans1/2 c mayo1c sour cream3/4c shredded cheese (I use Mexican blend)1 tomato, chopped1/4 red onion, diced1 pkg taco seasoningtortilla chips for serving
Directions
spread beans on bottom of a glass casserole dish. in separate bowl, mix mayo, sour cream and taco seasoning; spread over top of beans. top taco mixture with cheese. top cheese with tomatoes and onions. refrigerate over night. serve w/tortilla chips
