Salmon Burgers and Mayonnaise

Ingredients
For Mayonnaise4 tablespoons blue menu whipped dressing 3 teaspoons yellow mustard1.5 teaspoon finely grated peeled frozen ginger root1 teaspoon soy sauceFor Salmon Burgers3 cans salmon2 tablespoon yellow mustard4 teaspoons finely grated peeled frozen ginger root2 teaspoon soy sauce2 tsp horseradish2 tsp garlic powder2 tsp onion powder1 stalk celery1 tsp sesame oil1 tbsp lime juice1 egg4 teaspoons grapeseed oil4 thin slices sweet onion4 slices vine-ripened tomato
Directions
1. Make Mayonnaise:
In a small bowl whisk together mayonnaise ingredients.

2. Make Salmon Burgers:
Discard any bones in salmon and finely chop salmon by hand. In a bowl stir together salmon, celery, lime juice, mustard, ginger root, soy sauce, horseradish, egg, spices and salt and pepper to taste and form into 6 - 3-inch patties.

3. In a non-stick skillet heat oil over moderate heat until hot but not smoking and sauté patties 4 minutes on each side, or until just cooked through.

4. Transfer salmon burgers to buns and top with mayonnaise, onion, and tomato.
