Broccoli & Cauliflower Salad

Ingredients
4 cups fresh broccoli florets4 cups fresh cauliflower florets1 medium sweet onion coarsely chopped (about 1/2 cup)2 cups shredded cheddar cheese1 cup crispy cooked crumbled bacon1 1/3 cups olive oil mayo1/3 cup red wine vinegar6 tbsps granulated no calorie sweetener
Directions
Whisk together the olive oil mayo, red wine vinegar and no calorie sweetener until smooth and creamy. Set aside.
In a large bowl toss together the broccoli, cauliflower, onion, cheese, and bacon.
Add dressing and combine until well coated.
Keep refrigerated.
