Ginger Curry Grilled Salmon

Ingredients
Directions
4, 4 oz salmon filletsMarinade:1 tbsp olive oil2 tbsp honey2 tbsp soy sauce, low sodium1 tsp ground ginger1/2 tsp curry powder
Place all marinade ingredients into a gallon-sized zip top bag. Mix ingredients in closed bag.
Place salmon fillets into bag and seal bag, eliminating as much air from bag as possible.
Marinate salmon for 30 minutes, turning once.
Place salmon on a sheet of foil sprayed with non-stick cooking spray over a medium grill.
Grill for approximately 7 minutes, turning once, or until fish is flaky.

I just made this for dinner tonight. A really nice change from the way I usually have my salmon and I will make it again. However, I used fresh grated ginger, half the amount of low sodium soy sauce to reduce the sodium even further and half the amount of honey as well and still yummy! - 10/4/17
