Audrey's Holiday Oranged Cranberry Sauce

Ingredients
Cinnamon, ground, 1 tbsp (remove)Nutmeg, ground, 1 tsp (remove)Cranberries, 680.30 (remove)Oranges, 1 fruit (2-5/8" dia) (remove)Orange Juice, 2 cup (remove)Brown Sugar, 2 cup, packed (remove)Orange Zest - of 1 orange, 1 serving
Directions
1. Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan.
2. Add enough water to cover and bring to a boil over high heat.
3. Immediately reduce heat and let simmer for 1 hour, or until sauce has thickened.
4. Taste for sweetness and add additional sugar if necessary.
5. It cannot be overcooked, so cook until you have a good thick consistancy.
6. Let mixture cool, then refrigerate in a covered container.
