Zap Family Stuffing

Ingredients
Bread, egg, margarine, celery, onion
Directions
1. Dice celery and onions.
2. Sautee celery and onions in margarine.
3. Cube loaf of bread.
4. Crack eggs into bread.
5. Add cooked celery, onion and magarine.
6. Mix well.
7. Add hot water to reach desired moistness
8. Smoosh into baking pan. (I use a 9x13)
9. Cover with foil.
10. Bake at 375*F for 40 minutes (remove foil at halfway mark to brown stuffing)

Serving Size: Makes 15 2 inch pieces
