Kim's Grandma's Sweet Potato casserole

Ingredients
1/2 c sugar1c granulated splenda1/2 c skim milk3c grated raw sweet potatoes1/2c butter3/4c buttermilk1/8 tsp baking soda1/2c pecans1/2 tsp cinnamon
Directions
Mix sugar, splenda and milk in large bowl; add potatoes.

In another bowl, combine egg beaters and butter, beat to combine. Add two mixtures together.

Add remaining ingredients and mix. Pour into a 2 quart casserole and bake at 450 for 1 hour.
