Cornbread Stuffing

Ingredients
1/4 cup onion, chopped1/4 cup celery, chopped1/2 cup mushrooms, chopped1 turkey or chicken liver2 Tbsp unsalted butter2 cups Pepperidge Farm cornbread stuffing1 cup Kirkland chicken stock
Directions
Sautee livers, onion, celery and mushroom in 2 Tbsp butter 3-5 minutes, take off heat and mix in stuffing and chicken stock.

Serving Size: makes 3 cups--1/2 cup serving
