Sweet Potato Casserole

Ingredients
3 cups cooked sweet potatoes1/2 tsp. salt2 eggs1/3 stick margarine1/2 c. milk1 tsp. vanilla1/2 tsp. cinnamon1/2 tsp. nutmeg Topping:1.25 c. chopped pecans1/4 c. flour1/3 stick margarine1/2 cup light brown sugar, packed
Directions
Place cooked potatoes in mixing bowl and whisk until "mashed". Add margarine, sugar, salt, eggs, milk, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Mix well. Mixture will look thin. Pour into greased casserole dish. Mix topping ingredients together. Drop topping on mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes.
