Jalapeno cornbread hamburger buns

Ingredients
1 cup dry polenta1 cup all-purpose unbleached flour1 teaspoon baking soda1/2 teaspoon salt1/4 cup Splenda1 cup fat free sour cream1/2 cup egg substitute3/4 cup corn2 jalapenos, finely chopped1/2 cup low-fat Mexican blend cheese
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and spray a hamburger bun pan with cooking spray.

Combine dry ingredients in a bowl. Add all other ingredients and mix until thoroughly moistened. Divide batter evenly between bun cups.

Bake 16-18 minutes or until buns are golden brown on top.
