Pumpkin Spice Trufle

(1) box Spice Cake mix (prepared with 3-eggs, water and unsweetened applesauce instead of oil)(4) 1oz boxes sugar free, fat free instant butterscotch or vanilla pudding (2) tsp pumpkin pie spice(4) cups skim milk(1) 8oz container Cool Whip Lite
Mix and bake cake.
Allow to cool and crumble.
Keep 1/4 cup of cake crumbles to side as garnish.
Mix pudding and milk until it starts to thicken. Allow it to sit for 2minutes.
Add pumpkin and spices to pudding and mix.
Layer in trifle bowl: 1/4 cake, 1/2 of pudding mixture, 1/4 cake, 1/2 cool whip container, Repeat, and top with crumbles.
Refrigerate until serve.
