Whole wheat vegetable and fruit stuffing

8 slices, (about 6 cups) Bread, whole wheat cubed1/2 Onions chopped2 stalks Celery chopped1/2 Cup Cranberries1 Gala Apple chopped1/2 Cup Kitchen Basic Unsalted Chicken Stock1 tsp Poultry seasoning1/4 Cup chopped Walnuts
Cube 8 slices of whole wheat bread and toast in oven at 350 for about 20 minutes, till golden brown. While bread is toasting, chopped vegetables and brown onion, celery, cranberries, and walnuts in small amount of oil of your choice. Chop one apple and set aside. After vegetables have browned, add poultry seasoning apples, and chicken stock. Mix in bread, place in pan greased with cooking spray, bake uncovered about 30 minutes, then uncover for another 20 minutes.
