Ingredients
8-10 Potatoes, about 4 pounds3 cloves Garlic1 1/2 cups Buttermilk1/2 tsp. Black Pepper1 tsp. Salt
Directions
Boil peeled potatoes and garlic cloves till tender. Drain potatoes and place in mixing bowl. Add warm buttermilk and salt and pepper, enjoy.
