2 Cups Finely Diced Raw White or Portobella Mushrooms 3/4 Cup Finely Diced Raw White Onion4 Slices Nature's Own Double Fiber Wheat Bread (50 cal per slice) Cubed and Toasted Well In 350 F Oven for 10 Minutes1 Cup Kendale Farm - Chicken Broth1/4 Tsp Garlic Powder1 Cup Finely Diced Granny Smith Apple 1/4 Tsp Sabor Latino Sazon Seasoning1/4 Tsp Ground Black Pepper
Cut bread into cubes, lay out on a baking pan and bake for about 10 minutes in 350 degree oven until crisp. Toss together in a bowl with mushrooms, apples and seasoning. Add in chicken broth and toss to coat everything until moist. Add to a 9" Square or other baking dish and bake in the oven for 35 Minutes at
350 F. Remove when done and feel for dry crispy top and separate into 6 equal portions.
