Yogurt Chicken Salad

Ingredients
3 oz. chicken breast, chopped1/4 c plain, fat free yogurt1 tsp yellow mustard1 T pickle relish1 splash lemon juice
Directions
Chop chicken and mix in all other ingredients.

Serve on a bed of leafy greens, in a pita, tortilla shell or on whole wheat crackers...

Can roll up inside leaf lettuce and have a tortilla-free wrap!!!

    Ok, if you really want chicken salad. Needed more mustard & relish to drown out the yogurt taste. Also had to add some spices. Next time I'll just use Best Foods Low Fat Mayo. - 3/30/09
