Classic Bran Muffins

Ingredients
1.5 cups wheat bran 1 cup buttermilk1/3 cup canola oil1 x large egg2/3 cup packed brown sugar1/2 tsp vanilla1 cup all purpose flour1 tsp baking soda1 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp salt1/2 cup blackstrap molasses1/2 cup raisins
Directions
Combine buttermilk with bran and let sit
Combine sugar, eggs, oil, vanilla and molasses with beater
Combine dry ingredients

Add bran mixture to wet ingredients and mix with dry until combined

Bake for about 15 minutes at 375
