1 lb turkey sausage1 package fresh spinach8 cups low fat chicken broth1c dry rigatoni or other pasta1 container cherry tomatoesfresh garlic, mincedsmall onion, chopped
cook sausage until golden brown. add minced garlic and onions and cook until clear. Add fresh spinach and let it wilt. add cherry tomatoes (halved). Add salt and pepper to taste. Add all broth, pasta and barley, bringing to a boil. Remove from heat, cover, and put in 350 degree oven for 45-60 mins until pasta and barley are cooked.
