2 Cups (280g) Fresh or Frozen Whole Strawberries Unsweetened3/4 Cup Blueberries Fresh or Frozen1 Medium 6-7" Banana Fresh or Frozen4 packets Sweet & Low Low Calorie Sweetener2 Cups (16oz) Fat Free Milk1 1oz X 8 Each Tray Frozen Freezer Pop Treats Tray
Add Fat Free Milk, Fruits, then Low Calorie Sweetener into your blender and blend until smooth. Pour into glass, cup, and or freezer pop trays. If making freezer pop treats you want to set trays in freezer and allow to set at least 1-2 hours. Enjoy!
