Apple Cranberry Crisp

1/2 c rolled oats1/4 c Splenda or Brown Sugar Twin1 T whole wheat pastry flour1 T cold butter6 apples, peeled, cored and sliced1 c fresh/frozen cranberries1 T lemon juice1/4 t cinnamon1/8 t nutmeg
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray an 8x8 pan with cooking spray.
In a small bowl, combine the oats, 2 T Splenda, and flour, with 2 knives or fingers, work in the butter until crumbly. In a large bowl, combine the apples, cranberries,and remaining Splenda, lemon juice, cinnamon and nutmeg: toss to combine. Spoon into the pan;sprinkle with the oats mixture. Bake until the filling is bubbling and the topping is golden brown, about 35-40 minutes.
Serving Size: Makes 4 servings. 1/4 of an 8x8 pan.
