Ingredients
Apples, fresh, 1 medium (2-3/4" dia)Butter, unsalted, 1 tbspCinnamon, ground, 1 tbspNutmeg, ground, 1 tsp
Directions
dice apple. saute in butter. add cinnamon and nutmeg. add a little water if butter starts to burn. Continue cooking about five minutes until apple is cooked through.
