Turkey breast meat, 24 ounce(s Cranberries, 2 cup, whole( Apple juice, unsweetened, 2 cup( Onions, raw, 1.5 cup, chopped( Peas, frozen, 2 cup( Granulated Sugar, 0.33 cup( Rice flour, white, 0.125 cup( Butter, salted, 0.25 cup( Lemon Peel, 1 tbsp(
Directions
Brown onion in butter. Add turkey or chicken in cubes to brown (or use left over breast meat cut in cubes). Add lemon zest and 1.5 C apple juie, bring to boil, simmer. Add cranberries and sugar. Cook until cranberries pop. Add flour to remaining applejuice and mix until smooth, add to rest of ingredients. Last add pkg. frozen peas heated.
