1 ¼ cup flour¾ cup oats½ cup brown sugar, packed½ cup chopped pecans⅔ cup melted butter4 eggs, lightly beaten2 15 oz cans pumpkin2 14 oz cans sweetened condensed milk2 tsp cinnamon1 tsp ginger½ tsp nutmeg1 tsp salt1. Preheat oven to 350. Combine oats, flour, brown sugar & pecans; add melted butter and mix well. Press into bottom of baking pan. Bake 15 minutes.2. While crust is baking, combine eggs, pumpkin, swtn condns milk, spices and salt, whisking until smooth. Pour over crust and bake 30-35 minutes, until filling is set.
