Jicama Oven Fries

Ingredients
1 medium jicama
Directions
Preheat oven to 375F, spray a baking sheet with canola oil.
Peel jicama and cut into thin, "fry"-like sticks
Spread in one layer on the baking sheet and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Bake for 20 minutes, then flip and bake 20 minutes longer.
