Creamy Swiss Chicken Casserole

1 12-oz package egg noodles2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced4 slices swiss cheese (I used Coburn Farms from Save-a-Lot which is processed in the nutrition info. Can save some calories if you use 2 slices fresh swiss)1 8-oz package mushrooms, sliced1 cup fresh/frozen broccoli2 cans cream of chicken soup2/3 cup milk (I used 2% in the nutrition info calculation)
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Place diced chicken in the bottom of a casserole dish and top with swiss cheese. In a bowl, combine milk, cream of chicken soup, broccoli, and half of the mushrooms. Pour this on top of the chicken/swiss. Top the casserole with the remaining mushroom slices. Place in preheated oven for 45-60 min. or until chicken is no longer pink.
While casserole is in the oven, boil water and cook egg noodles. Enjoy casserole over egg noodles.
